過労死 - Death From Overwork
I have been advised by our Medical Corps that the current tempo of operations is putting me at risk of being subject to 過労死 or death from overwork.
A reassessment of the current mission and undergoing operations will commence immediately, and the appropriate adjustments made.
In particular, all units are advised to look out for somatization of operational fatigue. In this weather, it is very easy to fall out of proper hydration and nutrition. Unit commanders are instructed to follow established guidelines regarding heat exposure, work, rest, and hydration.
Further instructions from the Medical Corps will be sent via determined avenues of communication.

The level I am on is a little bit higher than the Dept. of Homeland Security.
Isn't "gentle sarcasm" an oxymoron? Kind of like a "gentle orgasm?"
