Spammers
I hate spammers. And I've been getting a lot on the comments part of this blog recently. Some may say that it is hypocritical for The General to block these well-meaning spammers, but keep this in mind, The General has never spammed any site's comments for commercial gain. Every comment has had something to do with the contents of the post or the blog itself.
If The General were interested in trolling for fun, he'd go back to USENET, where he has quite a history. He was voted "Most Annoying" on fj.life.in-japan some years ago, and still has a bone to pick with Jason Cormier. Although, anyone from FJLIJ who wants to become a member of FunaBashing is welcome to step forward and be recognized. Honorary commissions will be given based on standard criteria.

A cuanto sale vivir en japon como un ciudadano comun y corriente, en dolares?
Hi, I guess it's ironic that I'm writing this comment under a post about spam ... but I see from your profile that you're like Hugh Cook.

I like spam. It makes me feel wanted. :D
Spam is big over here in Okinawa... I prefer the low sodium type.
